1. how long does shipping take?

all orders of in stock items are shipped via USPS as priority 2 day mail. overnight orders go out daily as needed. once sent, your package tracking confirmation number will be emailed to you.

if you are ordering an out of stock item, it will be sent from our warehouse in china directly to you. tracking numbers are available 72hrs after your order has been sent.

please note handmade items require 10 business days to be made. 

2.  what is your return policy?

in store purchases are final.

online sales have 10 business days from the confirmed delivery date to return or exchange unworn merchandise, tags attached. the date stamp on the returned package must read clearly. once received, online purchases will be refunded via pay pal within 24 hrs. 

3. where do i send my return/ exchange if ordered online?

all orders are labeled with CURVES return address. note this is NOT the same as the store address. please send returns to:

4. how do i know if something will fit?

please review our size chart before ordering so that you order the right size. our samples run xs to m. some items are marked as 'osfm' one size fits most.
